Breakfast
When your child awakes in the morning, it might be 12 hours or more since they ate. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If a child skips breakfast, they might miss out on important vitamins and minerals.
Eating a healthy breakfast can boost your child's attention span, concentration and memory - which they need to learn in school.
